Sanjib Patra is a seasoned professional in the dairy industry with extensive experience at Almarai, where roles have included Senior Team Manager for Quality Assurance, Central Supply Chain Planner, Team Manager for Manufacturing, Manufacturing Team Lead, and Dairy Technologist since January 2015. Responsibilities have encompassed the implementation of Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, internal auditing, consumer complaint handling, and planning and executing production activities across various dairy products. Sanjib Patra began a career in the dairy sector as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Schriber Dynamix Dairies Pvt. Ltd., managing production activities for dairy by-products. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology from the West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences, completed in 2014.
