Ishpaul Singh

Ishpaul Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ishpaul started their career at Atlanta Luxury Motors in 2007 as a General Manager, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of automotive salespeople. Ishpaul also coached the sales team on industry best practices and helped them achieve sales goals. In 2016, they joined Lala Enterprises as the Director of Operations, overseeing IT and financial operations and working with the corporate team to develop new business ventures. As the Founder of RAKS Realty LLC in 2017, they purchased distressed homes, repaired and remodeled them, and resold them for profit. Ishpaul also managed finances, project budgets, and contracts/listings. In 2019, they joined Coldwell Banker as a Real Estate Agent, where they showcased residential and commercial property listings, converted prospects into closed sales, and provided excellent customer service. Currently, they work as the Operations Manager at ALM Automotive Group, starting in 2020.
