Chloe Hawes

Chloe Hawes is a highly experienced regional property manager with a robust background in student housing management. Currently serving as the Regional Property Manager for Almero Student since August 2022, Chloe oversees operations for 1,300 beds in Bristol. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Caridon Property, Area Manager and General Manager at The Student Housing Company UK, and various positions at Unite Students, where Chloe developed expertise in service and sales management. Chloe's career began at JHP Training, progressing from Centre Administrator to Team Coordinator. Education was obtained at Kingsfield School, completing studies in 2007.
