Balvinder Dhaliwal

Balvinder Dhaliwal has extensive experience in the biologics industry, with roles at Almirall as a Principal Investigator & Project Leader, Lonza as an Associate Principal Scientist, and King's College London as a Senior Postdoctoral Research Associate. They have led antibody programs, major projects, and collaborated with pharmaceutical companies to identify and target molecules causing immunological diseases. Their expertise includes target validation, antibody discovery, and structural characterization of protein drug targets in inflammatory and infectious diseases.

Balvinder Dhaliwal completed a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from The University of Sheffield in 1996. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Structural Biology from the University of Bristol, graduating in 2001. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Membership of the Biochemical Society in 2014 and Radiation safety training certification in 1997.
