Beatriz Luca de Tena

Beatriz Luca de Tena has extensive experience in talent acquisition and people development. Beatriz started their career as an HR Junior Consultant at KALEIDA,S.A. in 2013 before moving on to an HRBP Intern role at Roche in 2014. Beatriz then worked as a Sales Representative at Johnson & Johnson before transitioning to a Talent Acquisition Partner role. Beatriz also served as an International Talent Acquisition Consultant at Catenon Worldwide Executive Search. Currently, they hold the position of Global People Development & Acquisition Director at Almirall, where they previously served as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Interim Global Talent Acquisition Manager. Throughout their career, they have managed recruitment cycles, partnered with hiring managers, and aligned talent with business needs.

Beatriz Luca de Tena completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Universidad de Salamanca from 2008 to 2010. Beatriz then pursued another Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2010 to 2013. In 2015, they completed a Curso de Especialización en Assessment y Development Center at Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Beatriz also obtained a Técnico Universitario de Recursos Humanos from Escuela de Negocios y Dirección de la UEMC by 2013. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge.
