Jay Tulloch has extensive experience in UX design and product design.

Jay worked as the Director of UX & Product Design at Almosafer, overseeing a team of 23 designers and leading the design of digital experiences for leisure, business, and religious travel.

Previously, they served as the Head of UX & Product Design at Metro Bank (UK), where they led the strategy and delivery of user experience across all customer touch points. Jay launched innovative AI-powered transactional insights analysis and spearheaded the digital transformation of store and online UX.
