Manikanta Reddy Pasala is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. As Co-Founder and CTO at OneShell Solutions since August 2018, Manikanta has focused on resolving customer issues through effective team coordination, implementing advanced architectural patterns, and enhancing user experience with scalable microservices. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Johnson Controls and LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where Manikanta led teams, optimized data processing jobs, and utilized big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark. Manikanta began a career at Cognizant as a Software Associate, working on core Java applications and SQL databases. Manikanta holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
