James Markell

James Markell is an accomplished professional in the field of quality control, currently serving as the Quality Control Associate Director at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since April 2019, after progressing through various managerial roles within the company. Prior to this, James held multiple positions at Sanofi Genzyme from January 2012 to April 2019, including Quality Control Manager and Quality Control Scientist II. James's career began at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard as a Biochemist, following earlier roles at Sanofi Genzyme dating back to June 2003. James earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Boston University and a Master's Degree in Biotechnology from Northeastern University.
