Milan Prnjic

Milan Prnjic is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Director of HR International at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since June 2023, Milan oversees HR operations in Italy, Spain, and several other regions. Prior to this role, Milan held various positions at Novartis from August 2015 to June 2023, including Global People & Organization Business Partner for multiple franchises and leading HR initiatives globally. Milan's prior experience includes roles at Merck Group, SAP, Kia Motors Europe, and the University of Belgrade's Career Development Center.
