Rachel Day

Rachel Day currently serves as the Head of Learning and Organization Development for International Markets at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, a leader in RNAi therapeutics, since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held various senior positions, including Head of Learning and Organization Development at CSL Behring and Shire, where strategic learning and development initiatives were implemented across international landscapes. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Capco, Julius Baer, Zurich Insurance Company, Perkins School, and Tandem International Multilingual School, all contributing to expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee training strategies. Rachel holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and a BEd (Hons) from De Montfort University in Secondary Teaching, focusing on Physical Education and Science.
