Becca Arneson

Becca Arneson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and creative recruiting. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and previously as the Vice President of People at Alo Yoga since January 2021, Becca has a strong background in retail and fashion consulting as the Founder of Crowd Of Stars from April 2018 to January 2021, working with notable clients such as Aritzia and Ralph Lauren. Becca's prior roles at Urban Outfitters spanned over nine years, encompassing positions such as Executive Search Consultant and Director of Talent Acquisition, focusing on recruiting for various URBN brands.
