Bryan Ochs

Bryan Ochs is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as People Manager and previously as Sr. People Resource Coordinator at Aloft AeroArchitects since May 2012. Bryan's responsibilities include recruiting, staffing, and developing employee programs focused on technical and soft-skills training while collaborating with department leaders. Prior experience includes a role as Relationship Banker at M&T Bank, where Bryan managed various aspects of retail banking. Bryan served in the United States Air Force for over two decades in aircraft maintenance and quality assurance roles. Bryan holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and an MBA from Wilmington University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and an Associate's Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology.
