Hansel Dobbs

Hansel Dobbs, MNAA, has over 15 years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry. Hansel began their career in 2006 as a Residential Valuation Analyst at Bank of America | LandSafe. In 2012, they moved to Radian, where they served as Chief Appraiser and Desktop Panel Manager. In 2019, they joined Consolidated Analytics, Inc. as Chief Appraiser and Head of Product Development. Most recently, in 2021, they became Chief Appraiser at Aloft, where they are reimagining real estate appraisals and ensuring equal access to home ownership.

Hansel Dobbs, MNAA, holds a B.B.A. in International Business from Hardin-Simmons University. Hansel is also certified as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.
