Ronald Reddick has a diverse range of work experience in the technology field. Ronald began their career as a COMPUTER AUTOMATION SPECIALIST in the US Army, where they installed, configured, and monitored local networks, hardware, and software. Ronald also supported over 150 systems and maintained the active directory on the local server.
After leaving the military, Reddick worked as a LAB COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR at Advanced Micro Devices. In this role, they managed daily PC and network issues, including troubleshooting network issues and setting up and maintaining an internal network for 200+ test machines.
Following this, Reddick held a position as a Quality Assurance Associate at Accruent. Ronald was part of the QA team responsible for testing the company's enterprise software, both manually and through automation. Ronald created and maintained automation scripts using Ruby Watir, tested software functions using SQL, and utilized browser debuggers to navigate and write scripts.
Reddick then worked as a Junior Programmer at Active Objects, where they worked on various web design projects and converted a JAVA program to a Ruby API program. Ronald worked with a range of technologies, including Ruby on Rails, PHP, Drupal, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Java.
Next, Reddick joined Firstmark Credit Union as a Software Developer I. Ronald was responsible for designing and coding solutions for the bank's proprietary system called Symitar. Ronald also completed Episys PowerOn 2 training in San Diego to enhance their skills.
After their time at Firstmark Credit Union, Reddick worked as a Systems Analyst I at DPT Laboratories. Ronald developed web applications from scratch, focusing on web app security, back-end programming using .NET and PHP, and client-side programming using jQuery and CSS. Ronald also collaborated with customers to incorporate business logic into the applications and developed MVC structured web applications.
Reddick then joined Jwaala, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they worked for four years. Ronald developed software solutions using various technologies and gained valuable experience in the field.
Currently, Reddick is a Software Engineer at Alogent, where they continue to contribute to the development of software solutions.
Throughout their career, Reddick has demonstrated strong technical skills in various programming languages and technologies, as well as a solid understanding of network administration and quality assurance processes.
Ronald Reddick obtained an Associate's degree in Science from Coastal Bend College, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Texas State University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
