Rachael Leina'Ala Soares

Rachael Leina'ala Soares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aviation and fashion industries. As Co-Founder and Creative Director of ALOHA Collection since June 2014, Rachael has played a pivotal role in developing a brand rooted in travel and ocean-inspired products. Prior to this, Rachael served as a Contract Flight Attendant for Jet Edge, where responsibilities included managing high-end dining experiences onboard. Rachael's career also includes a role in Client Relations and FBO Sales at Premier Jet, focusing on client service and relationship management, as well as a decade-long tenure as a Flight Attendant with United Airlines, specializing in international First Class. Rachael began their professional journey as a Brand Ambassador for Reef, enhancing brand presence and awareness. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara.
