Nicole Woodson, MSW, LCSW, has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Nicole currently works as a Therapist at Willis Counseling and Consulting since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Adjunct Instructor at Hawaii Pacific University starting in January 2022.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Services Administration at the University of Baltimore, starting in 2009 and finishing in 2011. Their educational journey began at the Community College of Baltimore County, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Mental Health between 2003 and 2006.
