Mónica Álvarez Menéndez

Mónica Álvarez Menéndez has work experience in various companies. Mónica worked as a Global Partnerships Junior at ALOHAS from December 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they were an intern in the Global Partnerships department at ALOHAS from September 2022 to December 2022. Mónica also gained experience as a Strategy & Operations CMR Consulting Intern at Deloitte from January 2022 to July 2022. Before that, they worked as a Marketing, Media and Partnerships Trainee at Constella Intelligence in Los Altos, California, from April 2021 to December 2021. During this role, Mónica focused on developing their knowledge in social networks and community management, designing digital campaigns, and evaluating online channels for different digital initiatives. Mónica also supported brand positioning and measured the success of marketing and communications initiatives through online metrics.

Mónica Álvarez Menéndez is currently pursuing a Dual Bachelor Degree on Business Administration and International Studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. This program focuses on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Mónica started their studies in 2018 and is expected to graduate in 2023.

In terms of additional certifications, Mónica obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from the University of Cambridge in December 2017. Mónica also obtained a TOEFL iBT certification from The TOEFL® test in September 2019.

Furthermore, Mónica has participated as a delegate in UC3MUN, representing Venezuela in the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in March 2020 and Ethiopia in the General Assembly in March 2019.
