Shireen Garrison

Shireen Garrison has a strong background in strategic client services and account management. Shireen started their career with arvato digital services (Bertelsmann AG) at Microsoft Licensing, GP in 2007, where they served as an Operations Manager for Microsoft. Shireen then became the Regional LOB Manager - Commercial & Services and later transitioned to a role in Global Operations Development - Commercial. In 2012, Shireen joined arvato / Microsoft as the Global Operations BPO for Microsoft. Shireen then moved on to arvato Financial Solutions, Global F&A in 2014, where they held the position of Global Operations Director. Shireen currently works at ALOM since 2016, starting as the Strategic Account Management and progressively advancing to become the Director of Strategic Client Services and now the Senior Director of Strategic Client Services / Client Success.
