Lauren Shrader

Lauren Shrader has a decade of work experience in the fitness and sports industries. Lauren began their career in 2010 as the Promotions Director for the Lexington Legends Class A Affiliate of the Kansas City Royals. In 2013, they moved to In-Shape Health Clubs as the Regional Marketing Manager. Lauren then held the role of Personal Training Manager at In-Shape Health Clubs and Crunch Fitness from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they became the Manager of Partner Services at IRONMAN. In 2018, they moved to the Houston Astros as the Account Manager of Corporate Partnerships. In 2020, they joined BRAINBOX Immersive Marketing as the Director of Business Development and National Sponsorship Sales, and also began working as the Director of Corporate Partnerships at the Houston Outlaws. This year, they have taken on roles as Senior Manager of Premium Accounts and Account Manager at Aloompa, as well as a Spin Instructor at CycleBar.

Lauren Shrader obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Campbellsville University between 2006 and 2009.
