Dan Montenaro

EVP, General Counsel at Alorica

As Alorica’s Executive Vice President & General Counsel, Dan is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and leads all global Transactions, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property functions for the company. With over 20 years of corporate counsel experience, he directs the global teams responsible for commercial transactions, compliance management, and risk management initiatives. Additionally, Dan represents the collective interest of Alorica and its clients with policymakers and government bodies. Previously, he served as Alorica’s Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel within the Legal department.

For over 10 years, Dan has been an effective business partner for leading BPO firms’ expertise in transactions, international legal matters, compliance and corporate governance. Prior to joining Alorica, Dan spent five years as iQor’s Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel and two years as General Counsel and Vice President, Risk Management at ARS National Services. He started his in-house career at National City Corporation (now PNC) in Cleveland and then spent seven years as Senior Counsel with HSBC North America in Chicago. 

Dan graduated from DePaul University with a B.A. in Political Science and Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Illinois and California.
