Hannah Janess

Hannah Janess is currently a Patient Advocate at Alorica, where responsibilities include assisting and supporting patients with inquiries about prescription benefits. Prior to this role, Hannah gained experience as a Teacher at Houston ISD, implementing instructional programs and tracking student progress. Additional roles include a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, and internships with the City of Houston Mayor's Office, where marketing and media production skills were developed. Hannah also worked as a Podcast Producer for The Media Brew and held positions focused on social media and marketing at various organizations. Hannah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs, and a Bachelor of Arts in National Security Policy Studies from Hampton University.
