Jim Brunken

Jim Brunken is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic sales and operations. Currently holding the position of Vice President, Strategic Sales, and Vice President, Sales Operations at Alorica, Jim Brunken previously served as Vice President, Global Head of A.C.E and in several roles including AVP, Business Operations and Associate Vice President, Global Organizational Excellence at Sutherland Global Services. Jim Brunken holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Nazareth University and a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communications and Public Relations from SUNY Geneseo.
