Baran Erencan AĞCA

Baran Erencan AĞCA has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Baran Erencan began their career as a Tax Intern at EY in 2016. Later, they progressed to the role of Tax Assistant and then to Experienced Tax Assistant, where they assisted with tax audits and consultancies and prepared reports within the scope of full certification service disclosed in Turkish Tax Regulations. In 2018, they became a Tax Senior at EY, where they audited and reported full certification services and provided consultancy services related to tax optimization for private companies in various sectors.

In 2019, Baran joined ENERGO-PRO as a Finance & Accounting Specialist, responsible for performing all accounting operations and supporting month-end and year-end closings. Baran Erencan also prepared yearly Business Plans. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Financial Control and Reporting Specialist at İnnova Bilişim, where they prepared monthly IFRS financial statements, controlled and analyzed financial statements, and reconciled with group companies on IFRS financials.

In the same year, Baran served as a Financial Controller Manager at Call Center Studio, overseeing financial operations and ensuring effective collaboration with relevant departments.

Currently, they hold the position of Financial Controller Manager at AloTech, where they are responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling the annual budget plans. Baran Erencan identifies variances between actual and budgeted financial results and provides actionable insights. Baran supports strategic business decisions to C-Level Management based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts. Baran Erencan also takes an active role in the independent audit and consultancy process and prepares monthly financial reports and analyzes company KPI results to present to investors and company management. Additionally, they oversee the month-end/year-end closing process and coordinates financial compliance processes for group companies in the USA and Romania.

Baran Erencan AĞCA obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016.
