Michelle Milberger

Michelle Milberger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michelle began their career in 2009 as a Research Assistant at The Sexual Psychophysiology Laboratory at The University of Texas at Austin. From there, they transitioned to sales and worked as a Sales Associate at White House Black Market from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Michelle joined Texas Instruments and held several HR roles, including University Recruiting Manager, HR Business Partner, EMEA Talent Development Leader, EMEA HR Operations Leader, and Talent Acquisition Operations Leader. Michelle then moved on to Kizen, where they served as the Director of People Operations from 2021 to 2022 and as the VP of People from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as an HR Strategist at Alotten.

Michelle Milberger earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and English, respectively, from The University of Texas at Austin between 2008 and 2013. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business, which they completed between 2016 and 2018.
