Prathibha Papani

Prathibha Papani has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Team Lead - HR Onboarding at Alp Consulting Ltd., with a focus on Cyient since April 2021. Previous roles include RPO for Assa Abloy and Business Recruiter, as well as a Senior HR Recruiter. Prathibha's earlier experience includes working as an IT Recruiter at KAYGEN, Inc. from December 2020 to March 2021 and as a Trainee Recruiter at IT Trailblazers Consulting Pvt Ltd. from May 2019 to May 2020. An internship at the Defence Research and Development Organisation in 2018 provided insights into guidance philosophies related to missile targeting.
