Marcus Migliore has over 30 years of legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel and Director of the Legal Department at the Air Line Pilots Association since June 1993. Prior to this role, Marcus held positions as Senior Managing Attorney at the same organization and Appellate Attorney at the Federal Election Commission from June 1991 to June 1993. Marcus began the legal career as an Associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP from September 1987 to June 1991 and served as a Law Clerk to Chief Judge William C. Pryor at the D.C. Court of Appeals from August 1986 to September 1987. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The George Washington University Law School (1983-1986) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/English from the University of Rochester (1980-1983).
