Mehdi Taifi

Mehdi Taifi is an experienced professional in the fields of risk management and operations, currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Alpaca and a Founding Member at The Zèya App. Previously, Mehdi held the position of Chief Executive Officer at RoleScale, which specializes in enhancing the recruitment technology space with AI-driven solutions. Before that, Mehdi was a Senior Operations Manager at Robinhood, focusing on business strategy and change management, and worked as a Project Manager at Deutsche Bank and BNY Mellon on regulatory and change management projects. Early career experiences include co-founding Taifi Haynes Capital Group LLC, serving as an FX Broker at iTradeFX, and working as a Sales/Education Specialist at Market Traders Institute, Inc. Mehdi holds a Master of Liberal Studies and a degree in International Affairs from Rollins College.
