Jim Richard

Jim Richard has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jim is currently the VP of Quality & Regulatory at ALPCO, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Instrumentation Laboratory for 11 years as the Director of Quality Engineering. Jim also has experience as an NPD Expert at a consulting firm and as a New Product Development Manager at Becton Dickinson. Earlier in their career, they held roles at 3M, Polaroid, ECRM, and GCA, where they were involved in product management, engineering, and mechanical engineering.

Jim Richard completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the years 1981 to 1985. Jim later obtained a Master of Science in Manufacturing from the same institution in the period of 1998 to 2002. In 2007, Jim Richard pursued a certification in Medical Device Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Jim then earned their Master of Business Administration in Business Development, with Magna Cum Laude honors, from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their higher education, Jim Richard attended Auburn High School, although no specific degree or field of study is specified for that period.
