Product Team

The Product Team at Alpega Group is responsible for driving the development, strategy, and execution of the company's logistics software solutions. Led by the Vice President of Product Engineering, the team collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure that the Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Freight Exchanges effectively meet market needs and customer requirements. The Director of Product Operations oversees the operational aspects to ensure seamless product delivery, while Product Managers and Product Owners prioritize features, manage backlogs, and guide the product through its lifecycle from ideation to launch.
