Darcy Brede

Darcy Brede has extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Darcy served as the Chief Operations Officer at Alpenglow Rail since 2016. Prior to that, they were President and Co Owner of Mabella Surf Inn starting in 2014. Darcy also held various leadership roles at OmniTRAX, Inc. including President from 2013 to 2014 and Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2014. Darcy was also appointed as SVP Operations at OmniTRAX and Regional VP Operations / GM Hudson Bay Railway at OmniTRAX Canada. Before that, Darcy worked at BC Rail as the Director Network Operations / Manager Service Design.

Darcy Brede completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1991, Darcy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History/Literature from The University of British Columbia.
