Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for ALPFA Philadelphia Chapter, Rafael drives strategic partnerships and business opportunities. In the role of Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Global Partner at Qurate Retail Group, Rafael develops and implements initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Previously, Rafael held positions such as Senior Business Readiness Consultant at Reliance Standard Life and Senior Process Improvement Engineer at QVC, focusing on operational efficiencies and continuous improvement.
