Leadership, Innovation, And Financial Technology (lift) Summer Program at ALPFA

Michelle Gonzalez-Baxcajay has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they participated in the Chick-Fil-A Leadership Program as part of the Chick-fil-A Leader Academy. In 2020, they were selected as an Endeavor, NYFW: NXT Participant. In 2021, Michelle became a member of the USC Women in Business Council and also joined the Close Family Emerging Leaders Program at the University of South Carolina. In 2022, they took on the role of OSP Peer Mentor and Resident Assistant at the University of South Carolina. In 2023, Michelle joined ALPFA, Inc as part of the Leadership, Innovation, and Financial Technology (LIFT) Summer Program. Michelle also became a member of the Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority, where they served as the Service Director and Leadership and Diversity Chair.

Michelle Gonzalez-Baxcajay's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Carolina. Michelle started attending the university in 2020 and is expected to graduate in 2025. Prior to attending the university, Michelle graduated from Greer High School in the year 2020. Additionally, during their time at the University of South Carolina, they pursued a minor in French.
