Apurva Muthalia is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in real estate and finance. Currently serving as Partner for Real Estate Investments at Alpha Alternatives, Apurva Muthalia focuses on building a comprehensive real estate investment vertical across various asset classes. Prior to this role, Apurva Muthalia was Global Investment Partner at Fosun Hive, making significant investments in India and negotiating numerous public and private market transactions. Previous positions include CEO of Aditya Birla Real Estate Fund, where Apurva Muthalia managed an opportunistic realty fund, and Senior Managing Partner at IL&FS Investment Managers, targeting Core Plus Fund investments.
