David Schadek, currently serving as the General Manager at Alpha Baking Co., Inc., has extensive experience in the bakery industry. Prior to their current role, David held various positions at Bimbo Bakeries USA, including Director Of Operations, Plant Manager, Regional Quality Food Safety Manager, Quality & Food Safety Manager, Production Manager, and Production Supervisor. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, David completed their high school education in Business Administration and Management at Plymouth High School.
