Ioanna Vatikioti, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, Prince2, is an experienced Service Management Head and Advisory Solutions Designer at Alpha Bank. Prior to this, Ioanna held roles as a Project Manager at QUALCO and Misys, with a background in treasury projects and risk management. Ioanna also worked as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Thomson Reuters, specializing in risk management solutions. Ioanna holds an MBA from ALBA University and completed their undergraduate program at Athens University of Economics and Business.
