Francisco Montilla is an experienced logistics professional with a solid background in military operations and facilities management. Currently serving as a Team Lead at ALPHA Facilities Solutions, LLC, since January 2018, Montilla provides consultancy for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). Prior to this, Montilla had a distinguished 31-year career in the US Army, culminating in roles as Logistics Officer and Support Operations Manager, overseeing logistics programs that maintained top readiness rates and streamlined operations for numerous military units. Demonstrated expertise includes managing multi-million dollar equipment fleets, developing Standard Operating Procedures for system migrations, and implementing Just in Time Delivery strategies.
