Steve Desrosiers has a strong background in software engineering and technology leadership. Steve began their career at Boeing as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there from 1982 to 1995. Steve then joined USAA, where they held roles as a Senior Performance Advisor and later as a Sr Software/Systems Engineer. In 2009, Steve joined ALPHA Facilities Solutions, LLC, where they initially served as the Director of Software Engineering and later became the Executive Director of Engineering Modeling, Performance Analytics, and Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Technical Officer at ALPHA Facilities Solutions, LLC.
Steve Desrosiers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Steve attended the university from 1978 to 1982. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Instructional Design from the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 1992 to 1995.
