Tom Cihil is an experienced program manager currently directing environmental programs at ALPHA Facilities Solutions since February 2008. Previously, extensive tenure at Michael Baker Jr., Inc. as a senior project manager involved military master planning and environmental program management. Earlier roles included project manager positions at Michael Baker Corporation and board member at South Side Local Development Company, where Tom contributed to community planning initiatives. Initial experience included architectural and structural design as an architect/engineer at Apostolou Associates Inc. and a foundational internship in HVAC and structural engineering at American Bridge Engineering. Tom holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Penn State University, augmented by study at Leeds University in England.
