With over 20 years of accounting experience. She serves many roles including Director of Accounting and Finance, Project Principal, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Project Controls SME. As a Program Principal, Michelle supports multiple high-profile federal clients cross-functionally utilizing accounting, finance, real estate, facilities support, and program management functions. Michelle is currently serving as the Program Principal for the United States Army Reserve Comprehensive Environmental Compliance, Sustainment, and Operations Technical Support. She serves as the main point of contact for the Army Reserve Program and is responsible for recruitment, budget, project controls, and coordination of contractual requirements with Project Managers. Michelle has over eight years of experience working with Real Property Accountability Officers (RPAO), assisting with the Chief Financial Officer’s Act Compliance. She has worked with four Army Reserve Readiness Divisions to ensure their database of record, GFEBS is in compliance with Army Regulations.
