Marco Alvarez

Marco Alvarez has worked as a Project Director at Alpha Hardin since September 2017. In this role, they are responsible for managing new projects, coordinating pre-construction and construction activities, and allocating human resources. Prior to this position, they served as a Project Manager at Alpha Hardin from March 2015 to September 2017, and as a Project Leader from April 2014 to March 2015. Before joining Alpha Hardin, Marco was a Construction Manager at COINFRA, S.A. DE C.V. from November 2012 to April 2014. Marco also worked as a Superintendent at The Beck Group from June 2004 to August 2012.

Marco Alvarez has a diverse education history with a focus on business administration and engineering. Marco completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2023, with a specialization in administration and management of businesses. Prior to that, in 2021, they obtained an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, also specializing in administration and management of businesses.

In 2022, Marco Alvarez earned a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in digital marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School. Their educational journey began in 1998 when they enrolled at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering, completing their studies in 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Marco Alvarez has obtained certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2023, they completed a workshop on Project Management from Stratominds. Marco also obtained a Construction Management Program certification from Alpha Consultoría Mx in December 2020.
