Head Of Innovation at Alpha International

Rachel Abraham has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Events Project Manager at Alpha International from March 2004 to May 2005, followed by their position as Head of Events from June 2005 to June 2006. Rachel then joined Alpha International as a Project Manager for My Hope India from July 2006 to December 2006, where they successfully delivered 45 conferences/training events. Rachel was also a Project Manager for the Global Alpha Conference in Hong Kong from January 2007 to July 2007, leading a team of 9 and delivering a multi-streamed 4-day training conference. Rachel later founded and managed the Global Alpha Training program from July 2007 to July 2008, delivering 80 conferences in the first year alone. Rachel then took on the role of Global Manager for Worship Central at Alpha International from August 2008 to September 2012, where they grew the team from 3 to 12 staff and established 10 global hubs. Their most recent role with Alpha International was as Head of Innovation, a position they held from October 2012 onwards. Prior to their work at Alpha International, Rachel worked as a Business Consultant at Deloitte from August 2002 to February 2004 and as a Business Analyst at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from September 1999 to July 2002.

Rachel Abraham completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Queen's University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Trinity College School from 1992 to 1995. In 2014, they enrolled in the KLC School of Design for a ten-week introduction to Interior Design, where they received a degree in Interior Design.
