Senior Vice President And Deputy General Counsel at Alpha Metallurgical Resources

Frank Balducci Harrington started their work experience in 1992 as a Law Clerk for the Chambers of Hon. Sue L. Robinson, U.S. District Judge (D. DEL.). Frank then worked as an Associate Attorney at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from 1994 to 2002. From 2003 to 2004, they served as a Senior Attorney at the same firm. In 2004, they joined Foundation Coal Corporation as an Assistant General Counsel, and later became the Deputy General Counsel from 2006 to 2009. Frank then moved to Alpha Natural Resources Services, LLC in 2009, where they held the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel - Mining until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at the same company. Finally, since 2016, they have been working as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Alpha Metallurgical Resources.

Frank Balducci Harrington completed an Executive Readiness Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1992. Their undergraduate education was at the University of Rochester, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 1989, majoring in Political Science and Government.
