James Mancino

James Mancino is a seasoned GIS Development Manager with extensive experience in geospatial solutions and software development. At Alpha Omega since April 2025, and previously at ECCO Select from December 2020 to April 2025, James led GIS development efforts for the USDA Risk Management Agency, focusing on the planning, research, and implementation of departmental goals. In roles prior to ECCO Select, including positions at GTI Energy and Rand McNally, James gained expertise in software development, business analysis, and GIS engineering, with a strong emphasis on creating solutions using ESRI applications and various programming languages. James holds an MS in Geology from the University of Washington and a BA in Geology with a minor in Geography from Augustana College.
