Jian Yin

Jian Yin has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Module Design Engineer at Linear Technology, where they focused on designing and releasing power module products. In 2009, they joined Monolithic Power Systems as a Senior Engineer.

In 2010, Yin moved to Intersil Corporation, where they held various roles over a span of nine years. Jian started as an Applications Engineering Manager for the power module product line, responsible for design, development, and application support. Later, they became the Senior Systems and Applications Manager for the industrial department, leading three teams working on different product lines.

Yin's most recent role is at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, where they began in 2019 as the Senior Director of WW Systems and Applications. Jian was in charge of the systems and applications for power IC products, including DC-DC converters and DrMOS. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of WW System and Applications, demonstrating their continued growth within the company.

Jian Yin earned a Ph.D. in Integrated Power Electronics Systems from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
