Gregory Genovese

Gregory Genovese is a seasoned professional in real estate and investment management with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of USG Realty Capital since October 2020, Gregory specializes in Opportunity Zone Funds, 1031 Exchange Programs, and Non-Traded REIT offerings. In addition, Gregory holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Investors Choice OZ Fund, LLC, where a proprietary risk mitigation strategy allows investors to select project-specific developments within the fund. Prior roles include Partner at Alpha Omega Winery and various leadership positions at Sound West Realty Capital, Pacific Valley Capital Partners, Grubb & Ellis, Wells Real Estate Funds, G.T. Global Mutual Funds, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Gregory's educational background includes an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business and Industrial Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
