Sierra Lees

Sierra Lees is currently the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Alpha Phi Foundation. Prior to this, Sierra held positions as a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros Coffee and a Gymnastics Coach at ENCORE Gymnastics, Dance, and Climbing. Sierra also has experience as a Project Engineering Intern at Walsh Construction Co. Sierra is currently pursuing a degree in Finance at Linfield University.
