Gaston Griffin M.ed.

Gaston Griffin, M.Ed., currently serves as the Lead Guide at Alpha, a K-12 private school in Austin, Texas, since October 2020, and also holds the position of Accountability Coach at Accountable Purpose since February 2022. Prior to these roles, Gaston Griffin was a Sales Manager at MSB Consulting from October 2019 to September 2020 and at Alignment Leadership from July 2019 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes a tenure as an Educator at Chicago Public Schools from August 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included teaching 9th Grade Health & Physical Education and participation in instructional leadership and local school council. Before this, Gaston Griffin taught 8th Grade Social Studies at NEISD from April 2013 to June 2016. Additionally, experience as a Diabetes Therapy Consultant at Medtronic Diabetes from August 2009 to September 2012 involved implementing sales strategies and relationship-building within the industry. Gaston Griffin holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education and dual bachelor's degrees from The University of Texas at San Antonio in Kinesiology and Applied Science.
