Neelam Hussain

Neelam Hussain is an experienced educator and instructional designer with a strong background in curriculum development and program management. Currently serving as a Curriculum Designer at Alpha since September 2023, Neelam has created a mastery-based life skills curriculum that incorporates innovative assessment methods. Prior experience at Aga Khan Development Network from September 2018 to August 2023 involved developing over 700 hours of content for diverse learners and managing educational projects, leading teams, and conducting research to enhance learning practices. Neelam's career began in healthcare as a Registered Nurse at Houston Methodist in 2015, complemented by advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master of Teaching and a Master of Arts in Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society and the Institute of Ismaili Studies, respectively.
