Felix Nissan Bar-Moshe E.MPH/BScN/R.N

Felix Nissan Bar-Moshe has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Felix Nissan Bar-Moshe has worked as a Liaison Officer for the Health Bureau and Deputy Commander of the Civil Medicine Unit at the IDF Home Front Command, where they were responsible for strengthening national resilience and saving lives during conflicts. Felix Nissan Bar-Moshe also served as a Coordinator Officer for the Health Bureau, entrusted with civil defense in routine times and emergencies.

In addition, Felix has served as a Board Member of the Israeli Medical and Legal Association, where they promoted activities for the benefit of the public in matters of medicine and law and facilitated collaboration between the legal and medical systems. Felix Nissan Bar-Moshe was also a Member of the Israeli Air Force Association, participating in activities related to careers, innovation, mentoring, and networking.

Felix currently works at Alpha Tau Medical as a Project Manager & Product Specialist, contributing to the development and implementation of highly potent and conformal alpha emitters radiotherapy for the treatment of solid cancer tumors. Felix Nissan Bar-Moshe is also a Member of the Executive Committee of the World Sigma Organization, Israel Branch, within the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, focusing on the advancement of knowledge, teaching, learning, leadership, and service in healthcare.

Prior to their current roles, Felix held positions at Intel Corporation as an Occupational Health Clinic R.N and Case Manager, providing occupational medicine and ergonomic counseling to ensure the health and safety of employees. Felix Nissan Bar-Moshe also served at Advanced Emergency Solutions Ltd. as an R.N Case Manager, specializing in occupational medicine, ergonomic advisory, and emergency response. Additionally, Felix worked as a Quality Control Analyst and R.N Project Manager at the Occupational Medicine Department of Mediton Medical Centers Ltd.

Earlier in their career, Felix worked at Clalit Health Services as an R.N, BScN, E.MPH, where they were responsible for various medical consultant roles in surgical departments, hospitalization day treatment, and primary clinics. Felix Nissan Bar-Moshe also served as an Army R.N Chief Officer in Reserve Duty at the Israel Defense Forces.

Felix Nissan Bar-Moshe E.MPH/BScN/R.N has a diverse education history. Felix Nissan Bar-Moshe started in 1997, attending Alliance High School Ramat‐Aviv, where they focused on chemistry. After completing high school, they pursued a degree in Physics & Mathematics at Holon Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2009.

In 2003, Felix attended the Technological College of Israeli Air Force, where they obtained certification in Electronic Avionics System/Flight Instruments of F-16i.

Seeking a career in the healthcare field, Felix enrolled at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2010 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing (BScN). To further enhance their nursing skills, they also underwent Nursing & Medical Clinical Training at Kaplan Medical Center from 2011 to 2014.

Recognizing the importance of crisis management in healthcare, Felix pursued an Executive Master in Public Health at Tel Aviv University from 2015 to 2016, with a specialization in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management.

Building on their nursing education, Felix attended Academic Center Sha'arey Mada & Mishpat from 2018 to 2019, where they studied Law and obtained an LL.B degree.

Continuing their education in the healthcare sector, Felix completed a Diploma of Health Systems Management & Leadership at Tel Aviv University from 2020 to 2021, focusing on a Management and Leadership Program Academic Course.

Most recently, in 2022, Felix attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, earning a Diploma of Product Management & Marketing in Executive Management & Business in Biotech/Medtech Companies.
