Brenda Neroni has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning various industries and positions. Brenda is currently the Director of Human Resources, Global at Alpha Technologies, where they are responsible for overseeing all global HR functions. Prior to this, Brenda served as a Senior HR Business Partner at The Lubrizol Corporation, where they played a strategic role in HR functions for the Engineered Materials Group. Before that, they held positions as the Division Human Resource Manager at Parker Hannifin, overseeing the Motion Systems Group and Fluid Connector Group. Brenda also worked at AkzoNobel as the Manager of Human Resources for Glidden Decorative Paints USA and at Myers Industries as the Director of Human Resources for the Lawn and Garden Group and Dillen Products. Brenda has demonstrated their expertise in employment, compensation, talent management, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational design throughout their career.

Brenda Neroni earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics-French from Notre Dame College from 1979 to 1983. Brenda furthered their education by completing a Human Resource Certification program at John Carroll University in 2002-2003. In the same year, they also attended Kent State University for an MBA Essentials Program focusing on Business Administration and Management. Brenda later pursued Certificate Programs in HR and Business at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2003 to 2010.

In terms of certifications, Brenda obtained their Certified Achieve Global Instructor certification from AchieveForum in 2014. Furthermore, they obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in August 2020. Prior to that, they achieved the Senior Certified Professional and SPHR certifications from SHRM and the HRCI - Human Resource Certification Institute, respectively, in December 2014 and 2003.
